Our Yoga Movement Meditation Class blend movements that open your acupuncture channels and harnessess your breath.This may including gentle yoga stretches and breathing with meditation, as well as Qi Gong – graceful, flowing dance-like movements that can joyfully unleash and free your life force energy. We combine elements of Kundalini and restorative styles of yoga, with Sheng Zhen Qi Gong and guided imagery, to totally unwind and chase stress out the door!
