Bring a Drum or rattle and join in setting healing intentions , drumming and sharing in community with tea and snacks . Feel free to bring a healthy snack to share . We provide a big pot of soup and tea. This is fun FREE and uplifting improvisational experience. No experience needed. We have a few extra instruments but best if you bring one! Come drum and have some fun!
